  • TP Varsity is a performance class built for upperclassmen high school, and collegiate athletes. Each athlete is given a specific plan based on their sport, goals, and needs. Classes are offered year round, invite only.

  • TP Elite is a sports performance program built for underclassmen high school athletes that compete on land. (baseball, football, softball, lax etc). Classes are offered year-round, and we are always accepting new athletes.

  • TP Prime is a sports performance program built for the middle school level athlete. TP Prime is a foundational program designed to teach youth athletes the fundamentals of training. Classes are offered year-round and we are always accepting new athletes.

  • We offer private training to any athlete (currently active or retired) who has specific performance goals. Whether you are comepting in a marathon, trying to lose 10lbs, or you need to learn how to move better, we are here to help.

    Private training is built for you, and training times are dependent on coach availability.
