Our Philosophy
At TP, we believe every athlete should learn how to train in a way that builds strength, skill, and confidence — through a system designed to develop the Total athlete. From Prime through Varsity, our athletes are trained to be physically prepared for the next level of competition
Every program we run follows a structured 8-13 week training phase designed to produce measurable improvements in strength, speed, and athletic performance.
Our approach blends hands-on coaching, performance tracking, and progressive programming to ensure every athlete — no matter their sport — trains with purpose.

Strength & Conditioning Programs
Our core programs build the foundation every athlete needs — strength, power, and movement skill. Each program is structured around an 8-13 week training cycle that develops measurable performance improvements through hands-on coaching, data tracking, and progressive training protocols. Athletes must have at least one year of weight room experience. Every session includes hands-on coaching, individualized training plans, and ongoing metric tracking to ensure consistent progress.

Who We Train
We work with athletes of all sports and skill levels, from middle school through college. Every athlete at TP gets coached with purpose — We specialize in baseball, basketball, swimming, football and track athlete development, using Total Athlete method to develop speed, power, and performance that translates the the field, court, or in the pool.
