We recommend attending both weekly sessions for consistency. Athletes may choose one weekly session to fit their schedule.

Tim connects how your body moves with how you swing. His experience spans college baseball as a player, strength coach, and assistant baseball coach, along with high school baseball and strength coaching.

Who is this program for?
This program is exclusively for high school baseball players in grades 9–12 who are focused, coachable, and committed to improving their hitting. Athletes must apply and be accepted.
How large are the groups?
Each 75-minute session has a maximum of five athletes, allowing time for individual feedback and focused work.
