Championship performance starts in the off-season.
This winter, Fox Lane lacrosse athletes will train together at Total Performance to build the speed, strength, power, and mobility needed to dominate on the field this spring.

Mondays & Wednesdays
7:30–8:30 p.m. at Total Performance
$280 for the semester- Dec 1 - March 4th
No classes Wednesday 12/24 or 12/31
What to Expect
Each session is built around the demands of lacrosse—developing explosive acceleration, change of direction, and total-body strength.
Athletes will complete baseline performance testing at the start of the program and retesting at the end to track measurable progress. This is a team-based, structured 2x-per-week off-season program, designed exclusively for the Fox Lane Boys Lacrosse team.
