TP Speed is our sprint-focused program led by speed coach Nate Garcia, designed to help athletes run faster with purpose—not just effort. We break down mechanics using OnForm video analysis, track sprint progress with electronic timing gates, and fuel intent through competitive group training.

Whether you're trying to win your first step, hit your top gear quicker, or increase peak velocity threshold—TP Speed gives athletes the tools, feedback, and coaching to make it happen.
