The Elite and Varsity programs establish the foundational strength and power qualities required to enhance maximal sprinting speed. The TP Speed program builds on this base by integrating video analysis and electronic timing systems to provide precise feedback, helping athletes translate force and power into more efficient and explosive sprint mechanics.
