Head of Strength & Conditioning

Coach Nate is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, focusing in speed and agility training for baseball, basketball, football, and track athletes. With 10+ years of coaching experience, training athletes from the youth to professional level.

As a strength coach, Nate solves problems through exercise, progressive overload, and mental coaching to maximize athletes’ potential.

 

How to book a training session with Nate:

1- Select session type.

2- Select a training time from the available time slots on the calendar.

3- Follow steps to complete booking.

  • If you have an active training package, no purchase is necessary to book online.

  • If you do not have a training package, you will be prompted to purchase a package/ session to reserve the time.

  • Sessions can be booked up to 30 days in advance. If you’d like to reserve times outside of the 30 day window, email Coach Nate: nate@tpstrength.com

 

Private Training

High School Athlete Speed and Strength Classes


TP reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any training session booked online to prevent double bookings, or other scheduling issues. We will contact you directly if any rescheduling is needed.

If you have a training package linked to your profile, no additional purchase is necessary to book a training session.
