Prime is designed for athletes from all sports, ages 10–13 and runs year-round. Class schedules, packages, and training emphasis adjust seasonally to match athletes’ needs.

PRIME Package Options
From May 18th - June 26th classes run:
Monday- Friday 5:30-6:30p, Saturday 9-10a
From June 29th - September 2nd classes run:
Monday/ Wednesday/ Friday 9-10a
Tuesday/ Thursday 5-6p

WHAT ELSE:
Athletes must complete 1-1 performance evaluation and be approved before joining.
To ensure each athlete gets quality coaching, each class will have a maximum of a 10:1 athlete to coach ratio.
Athletes should wear athletic clothing, shoes, and bring water. Please arrive 10 minutes before class starts.
