The name speaks for itself. TP PRIME hits the primary concern that is holding most athletes back: the inability to control, coordinate and effectively demonstrate strength and power.
WHEN: Monday/Wednesday 4-5 (9/4-11/25) or Tuesday/Thursday 4-5 (9/3-11/21)
COST: $888 ($710 If registered before 9/3)
Each class is broken down into two parts: 1) strength & power, 2) sport specific maintenance & corrective exercises
A THIRD TRAINING DAY CAN BE ADDED AND IS ENCOURAGED FOR THOSE NOT PLAYING FALL BASEBALL OR A FALL SPORT. IF YOU WISH TO ADD A THIRD TRAINING DAY PLEASE INCLUDE THAT IN THE NOTE SECTION WHEN REGISTERING.
To ensure each athlete gets quality coaching, each class will be capped at 6 athletes. Once the class is filled up you will no longer be able to enroll until the next phase (Winter) begins.
It is possible to join the program after the start date at a prorated rate (if the class is not yet at capacity), but you will not receive the discount.
If you know of any conflicts with scheduling in advance, please include them in the notes section when enrolling in this class.
Make up days for missed training sessions are on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday. You must notify your coach in advance.
In order to get the most out of this program, you must make up any missed training sessions prior to the program end date - THEY WILL NOT ROLLOVER INTO THE NEXT PROGRAM
