Middle School Athletic Development

Movement skills, strength foundations, and confidence that carry into every sport.

  • Prime is designed for athletes from all sports, ages 10–13 and runs year-round. Class schedules, packages, and training emphasis adjust seasonally to match athletes’ needs.

Prime Class Details

Who Prime Is For

  • Middle school athletes from any sport, ages 10-13

  • Middle school athletes who are new to training who need structure

  • Middle school athletes who want to feel stronger/faster without getting overwhelmed

What a Session Looks Like

  • Coach-led warm-up + movement prep

  • Speed + agility work

  • Strength fundamentals (progressive, technique-first)

  • Competitive finishers (fun + effort + teamwork)

  • Progress tracked over time

    WHAT ELSE:

  • Athletes must complete 1-1 performance evaluation and be approved before joining.

  • To ensure each athlete gets quality coaching, each class will have a maximum of a 10:1 athlete to coach ratio.

  • Athletes should wear athletic clothing, shoes, and bring water. Please arrive 10 minutes before class starts.
