Prime is designed for athletes from all sports, ages 10–13 and runs year-round. Class schedules, packages, and training emphasis adjust seasonally to match athletes’ needs.

Who Prime Is For
Middle school athletes from any sport, ages 10-13

What a Session Looks Like
Coach-led warm-up + movement prep

WHAT ELSE:
Athletes must complete 1-1 performance evaluation and be approved before joining.
To ensure each athlete gets quality coaching, each class will have a maximum of a 10:1 athlete to coach ratio.
Athletes should wear athletic clothing, shoes, and bring water. Please arrive 10 minutes before class starts.
