  • We believe adults should have access to high quality strength coaches, even if they’re no longer training for competition.

    TP Fit is training club built for adults who are serious about their health, and want to sustain, if not surpass, their current fitness level throughout their life.

  • TP Fit is designed to help you move more efficiently (during exercise and day to day life), improve cardiovascular health, increase strength and power output.

    Each class begins with a warm up block to prepare the body for the training session. This includes a series of mobility, and core movements.

    We then move into the primary power development block. We develop power by teaching a series of medicine ball, jump, and sled movements.

    After power, we target strength. We incorporate some traditional movements such as squats, presses, and pull ups. We also use some none traditional training movements.

    We conclude with our cardio block. This is targeted with varying techniques such as: circuits, intervals, or long-slow-distance work.
