WHEN: The Summer Semester starts TUESDAY 9/2/25 and concludes TUESDAY 11/25/25
WHO: Upperclassmen high school to college level Athletes (+16 years old)
WHY: Higher level athletes need higher level care, and more individualized coaching. We created our Varsity program to give our athletes the coaching they need to take the next step.
WHAT: The high level performance program made for high level athletes who need a more specific training stimulus.
HOW: The Varsity program comes with the prerequisite of experience. Athletes in this class are expected to not only know the basics of human movement, but they must also understand the finer details of performance training. With this barrier for entry, we are able to dive deeper into the needs of the individual, and provide a more specific plan for their performance goals.
WHAT ELSE:
New athletes must complete 1-1 performance evaluation and be approved before joining.
In order to get the most out of the spring program, you must make up any missed training sessions prior to the end of the program (11/25/25), no exceptions so please plan accordingly. There will be no roll overs for remaining sessions at the end of the semester.
It is possible to join the program after the start date, cost will be prorated from your start date to the end of the program.
To ensure each athlete gets quality coaching, each class will have a maximum of a 8:1 athlete to coach ratio.
