High School Performance Training
Strength and conditioning for high school athletes (14-18y/o) focused on improving sprint speed, strength, and power.
Classes run year-round. Schedules, packages, and training emphasis adjust seasonally to match athletes’ needs.

What Should You Do?
JV and role players should train 2–3x per week
Starters and high performers should train 1–2x per week to sustain peak output.
Build the Foundation
The off-season is your opportunity to build the strength base that supports greater speed, power, and long-term performance.
Practice the Expression
High-quality reps refine mechanics so strength transfers efficiently into game-speed performance.
What Should You Do?
Ages 14–16 should train 2–3x per week
Athletes 17+ should train 3–5x per week to maximize off-season development.

JV and Varsity high school athletes training to compete at the high school level and beyond

What a Session Looks Like (60 minute class, targeting- speed, power, and strength development)
Coach-led warm-up + sprint preparation
Speed work (acceleration / max velocity / agility exposure depending on phase)
Power work (rotational, weighted, jump progressions, med ball progressions)
Strength training (individual prescription inside the group)
Finishers / accessories (based on the athlete’s plan and season)
What else
Athletes must complete 1-1 performance evaluation and be approved before joining.
To ensure each athlete gets quality coaching, each class will have a maximum of a 10:1 athlete to coach ratio.
Athletes should wear athletic clothing, shoes, and bring water. Please arrive 10 minutes before class starts.
