Details reviewed

WHEN: The Summer Semester starts Tuesday 9/2/25 and concludes Tuesday 11/25/25

WHO: Advanced 8th graders to underclassmen level high school athletes (13-16 years old)

WHY: We believe that athletes of all levels should have access to a coach that cares about their development, and actually knows how to help.

WHAT: We created the TP Elite program to provide high school level athletes the opportunity to receive individualized coaching in a team-like atmosphere.

HOW: The Elite program encompasses all aspects of athletic development. Movement progressions based on the athlete’s current abilities, teaching athletes how to orient and re-orient their body based on the demands of the activity. Athletes are prescribed volumes and intensities at the most opportune time to get the most out of the program. Athletes work in a small group setting, and given an opportunity lead and learn how to work with others.

WHAT ELSE:

  • Athletes must complete 1-1 performance evaluation and be approved before joining.

  • In order to get the most out of the spring program, you must make up any missed training sessions prior to the end of the program (11/25/25), no exceptions so please plan accordingly. There will be no roll overs for remaining sessions at the end of the semester.

  • It is possible to join the program after the start date, cost will be prorated from your start date to the end of the program.

  • To ensure each athlete gets quality coaching, each class will have a maximum of a 10:1 athlete to coach ratio.
