If you truly want to be ELITE, you can't train like everyone else, you have to train more, you have to train better. Designed for aspiring ELITE athletes, with the addition of advanced performance tracking, goal setting, and accountability, this ELITE training program covers all areas of performance - similar in design and detail to that of a collegiate strength & conditioning program. Our goal is to enhance performance, reduce sport-specific injuries, and teach the leadership qualities necessary to be successful long-term on and off the field.
WHEN: Monday/Wednesday 3:30-5pm (9/4-11/25) or Tuesday/Thursday 3:30-5pm (9/3-11/21)

COST: $1332 ($1065 If registered before 9/3)
Each training session is broken down into four parts: 1) speed, agility, & plyometrics, 2) mobility & flexibility, 3) strength & power, and 4) sport-specific maintenance & corrective exercises
This program is for ALL sports, Baseball included.
The main difference between TP ELITE (BASEBALL) and TP ELITE is that TP ELITE (BASEBALL) will be primarily baseball athletes (for class-flow purposes). Both programs follow the same format and each athlete will receive their own individualized sport-specific programming regardless of which TP ELITE program they are in.
A THIRD TRAINING DAY CAN BE ADDED AND IS ENCOURAGED FOR THOSE NOT PLAYING FALL BASEBALL. IF YOU WISH TO ADD A THIRD TRAINING DAY PLEASE INCLUDE THAT IN THE NOTE SECTION WHEN REGISTERING.
To ensure each athlete gets quality coaching, each class will be capped at 6 athletes. Once the class is filled up you will no longer be able to enroll until the next phase (Winter) begins.
It is possible to join the program after the start date at a prorated rate (if the class is not yet at capacity), but you will not receive the discount.
If you know of any conflicts with scheduling in advance, please include them in the notes section when enrolling in this class.
Make up days for missed training sessions are on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday. You must notify your coach in advance.
In order to get the most out of this program, you must make up any missed training sessions prior to the program end date - THEY WILL NOT ROLLOVER INTO THE NEXT PROGRAM
