Priming youth athletes for long term development

coaching that has long term success in mind

The name speaks for itself. TP PRIME hits the primary concern that is holding most athletes back: the inability to control, coordinate and effectively demonstrate strength and power.

Youth athlete coaching requires a special skillset. Luckily, all coaches on staff are certified and qualified to get your youth athlete prepared for the future.

It takes more than a couple of games a week, and in-home training program. You need a professional to fast track your success and build your foundation for the future.

Stay healthy, fresh, and ready to perform in-season while building your athletic future!

  • Whether you’re in-season, or transitioning to your offseason schedule, 1 thing stays the same… we have to keep building!

    • While in-season, the middle school athlete should stick to a 1-2 day/ week protocol. This will allow the athlete to progress accordingly without negatively affecting their competitions. If the middle school athlete is beginning their offseason, they should transition to a 2-3 day/ week program to begin training for next season.

WHO: Middle School Athletes (ages 12-13)

WHAT: Each class is broken down is designed to target multiple areas of youth development. The foundation of any athlete is strength. Without strength, your developmental ceiling is lowered. We pair this training emphasis with speed, agility, power, and work capacity. Exposure a multitude of training stimuli is the best thing you can give a youth athlete.

WHEN: Monday-Thursday 4-5pm & 7:30-8:30pm, Friday 4-5pm, Sat- 10:45-11:45am. Spring 2 starts 4/19/21 and ends 6/19/21

  • There will be no classes held 5/20-5/22. This is during Spring 2

WHY: Our goal is to build a foundation of strength, athleticism, and knowledge that will ensure optimal long term athletic development. It is crucial that once an athlete starts to train, that they continue to train (yes, even in season). The #1 killer of performance gains is cessation of training! The smaller your foundation of training is, the easier it is to lose what you have worked so hard to build! Training as little as 2x/ week while in your sport season can be enough to maintain what you have built, and keep you moving in the right direction.

WHAT ELSE:

  • Class size is capped at 6 athletes, so register early!

  • To ensure each athlete gets quality coaching, each class will have a 4:1 athlete to coach ratio.

  • It is possible to join the program after the start date, cost will be prorated from your start date to the end of the program.

  • In order to get the most out of the Spring 2 (9 week) program, you must make up any missed training sessions prior to the end of the program (6/19/21), no exceptions so please plan accordingly. There will be no roll overs for remaining sessions at the end of the semester.

  • Safety is our number 1 priority. While are cleaning protocols went above and beyond industry standards before COVID-19, we are following all state issued guidelines to keep our facility the safest place to train. If you have any questions regarding our procedures, please ask.
