WHO: Middle School Athletes (ages 11-13)
WHEN: Summer Semester starts Tuesday 9/6 and concludes Monday November 21st
Class times:
Monday- Friday= 5-6pm
WHY: We believe that athletes of all levels should have access to a coach that cares about their development, and actually knows how to help.
WHAT: We created the TP Prime program to provide youth athletes with an opportunity to receive high quality coaching in a team-like setting.
HOW: The Prime program encompasses all aspects of athletic development. Movement progressions based on the athlete’s current abilities, teaching athletes how to orient and re-orient their body based on the demands of the activity. Athletes learn how to work and compete with others across multiple levels of development.
WHAT ELSE:
Class size is capped at 10 athletes, so register early!
To ensure each athlete gets quality coaching, each class will have a 10:1 athlete to coach ratio.
It is possible to join the program after the start date, cost will be prorated from your start date to the end of the program.
In order to get the most out of the Summer program, you must make up any missed training sessions prior to the end of the program (11/21), no exceptions so please plan accordingly. There will be no roll overs for remaining sessions at the end of the semester.
Safety is our number 1 priority. While are cleaning protocols went above and beyond industry standards before COVID-19, we are following all state issued guidelines to keep our facility the safest place to train. If you have any questions regarding our procedures, please ask.
