WHO: High School Athletes
WHAT: Each training session is broken down into four parts: 1) speed, agility, & plyometrics, 2) mobility & flexibility, 3) strength & power, and 4) sport-specific maintenance & corrective exercises (90 MINUTE SESSIONS)
WHEN: Monday - Friday 3:30-5pm / 7-8:30pm, Sat TBD, (Full Fall Program starts 09/08/20 and ends 11/24/20)
WHY: Our goal is to enhance performance, reduce sport-specific injuries, and teach the leadership qualities necessary to be successful long-term on and off the field.

In order to get the most out of this 11 week program, you must make up any missed training sessions prior to the end of the program (11/24/20), no exceptions so please plan accordingly.
It is possible to join the program after the start date, cost will be prorated from your start date to the end of the program.
To ensure each athlete gets quality coaching, each class will have a 6:1 athlete to coach ratio.
