  • 2 Months: $480–$880. Best for athletes around all summer but not ready to commit to the full 12 weeks.
  • Full Summer: $660–$1200. Our best value. Train consistently from June 2 – August 22 and maximize progress.
Frequency Options:
  • 1x/week: For first-timers or families with a tight schedule. Stay consistent, even once a week.
  • 2x/week: Our most popular option. Enough exposure for meaningful improvement over the summer.

  • 2 Months: $880–$1200. Best for high school athletes who want measurable performance improvements this summer.
  • Full Summer: $1500. The full Elite experience. Build consistent habits, gain an edge, and train like you’re preparing for the next level.
Frequency Options:
  • Mon/Wed or Tues/Thurs: Train 2x/week with dedicated strength and speed sessions. Great for multi-sport athletes or families balancing camps.
  • +1 Day (3x/week): Add an extra day (Friday) for athletes ready to push themselves further. Recommended for serious athletes preparing for preseason, tryouts, or showcases.

  • Mon/Wed or Tues/Thurs: Two full training sessions per week (strength + speed). Flexible structure for driven athletes.
