Dragons and Warriors- Soccer Team Winter Training Options/ Information

Starting December 2nd, Mondays and Wednesdays from 7:30-8:30pm
Program ends Wednesday March 5th.
Where
Package options
All packages are 13 weeks in length. Since Christmas and New Year’s fall on Wednesday and TP is closed, Wednesday Packages will have 11 sessions, Monday Packages will have 13 sessions, and Monday/Wednesday packages will have 24 sessions.

Once this is completed, navigate back to this page to complete your purchase of the winter package
Other information you may need
Athletes can attend either of the reserved training times, or both.
Missed sessions can be made up in our Elite (high school) or Prime (middle school) programs prior to the conclusion of the 12 weeks

During the program, we will focus on soccer related speed and strength development drills, as well as team building activities to prepare them for the upcoming season. The first 1-2 sessions will be used to gather relevant metrics that we will use to track progress. We will also use this time to determine the best course of action in regards to exercise selection and course of the program.
