1 on 1 Training

  • If you are tired of dealing with pain, not being able to keep up with your kids, or just don’t like what you see in the mirror, there is no better solution than working with a certified professional.

  • Our coaches go over your goals, get to know you as a person, and analyze your eval results, to create a program that is all about you.

  • If you have been scouring around youtube looking for exercise routines, but you have no idea what works. Then it’s time to stop spending a few hundred bucks a week on take-out, and start investing in yourself.


How to start

New athletes must schedule a performance evaluation with one of our coaches before entry into any training program.

  • Performance evaluations are 60 minutes in length.

  • During the eval, we will complete:

    • Health/ injury history

    • Goals assessment

    • Body composition analysis

    • Posture analysis

    • Movement screening (where are you limited, are there any potential areas that will cause injury down the road?)

    • Gait analysis

    • Stress tests

  • After the evaluation in complete, we will discuss the best possible plan for you.
