If You’re a Competitive Athlete… Shouldn’t You Train Like One?

High school is were sport starts to get serious.

If your athlete is serious about performing at their highest level, then they need a certified professional to help get them there.

More often than not, high school weight-rooms are operated by uncertified coaches, working with large groups, with little experience teaching proper technique, nor developing key qualities associated with athletic development.

We provide training in a private setting, with professional coaches to ensure your athlete is performing at their highest level, and staying safe.

How to start

New athletes must schedule a performance evaluation with one of our coaches before entry into any training program.

  • Performance evaluations are 60 minutes in length.

  • During the eval, we will complete:

    • Health/ injury history

    • Goals assessment

    • Body composition analysis

    • Posture analysis

    • Movement screening (where are you limited, are there any potential areas that will cause injury down the road?)

    • Sport specific performance metrics (acceleration ability, expressions of power, energy system limitations)

  • After the evaluation in complete, we will discuss the best possible plan for your athlete.
