Why #VARSITY?

  • Our Varsity Training Program provides college-bound and collegiate athletes with a tailored approach to enhance key sporting metrics, ensuring they excel in their sport and achieve peak performance.

Who is #VARSITY for?

  • High school upper class-men to college level athletes with 3+ years of performance training experience.

  • Acceptance to this program is via invite only.

  • We accept athletes of all sports, and we specialize in the development of: baseball athletes, swimmers, football athletes, soccer, and lacrosse athletes.

When are #VARSITY classes?

Starting 09/03/24 & concluding 11/26/24

  • Monday- Friday 3:30-5p

  • Monday- Thursday 7-8:30p

  • Sat/Sun 10-11:30a

To see real performance gains in just 12 weeks, athletes must train at least 2 days a week. This package is ideal for athletes during their sport season or those new to our training program.

The Fall Pass offers the most flexibility for creating an effective training program. With this package, there’s no need to count sessions—just focus on training. It’s perfect for athletes who train more than 2 days a week and want to see significant performance gains in 12 weeks.

Athletes who cannot commit to a firm schedule, and they need to come in on a regular basis should chose the 12 pack of sessions. Athletes have 2 months to use 12 sessions at their pace.

 

Perfect for pre-game performance, or post-game recovery. Come in and complete a custom session built for your needs.

Best for athletes with schedules that won’t allow them to commit to a consistent schedule, but they still want to work when the can.

How often should I train?

  • Training 2x/ week will maintain speed, power, and strength developed over a previous training block.

    New athletes, or athletes who have been training 2-3x/ week for the last 4 months, and are heading into their season should pick this plan.

  • Ideal for athletes moving into their off-season, and are starting their physical preparation for next season. Athletes who train 3 or more days / week will see substantial gains in speed, power, agility, and strength.

    If you are an athlete looking to make the most of your off-season, pick this plan.

  • If you have a specific training goal (i.e 40 yd dash time, throwing 90 mph, learn how to dunk) talk to our coaches about making a specific plan for your goals.

WHY ATHLETES CHOSE #TPVARSITY

  • Factors that we consider when designing our programs and coaching our athletes: sport, position, time of year, training age, goals, athlete commitment level, limitations, and more.

    While many athletes may lack similar performance-related qualities, no two athletes are exactly the same and should never be coached that way. No “one size fits all” approach here.

  • We track our athletes meticulously so that we can feel confident that each individual athlete is making real progress that they can translate to their sport.

    Day by day, week by week, semester by semester, year by year, we track performance metrics in our programs so that we feel confident that our athletes are set up for success.

  • We rely heavily on medicine balls, boxes, hurdles, bands, and more to teach athletes how to be strong and powerful in ways that are actually relevant to their sport.

    Many athletes play their sport 7+ months out of the year, we take pride in working on their weaknesses without trying to replicate sporting movements that are already overtrained.

    We provide the roadmap but the work must still be done. Our most successful athletes put in years of training 2-4x/wk in TP Elite to get to where they wanted. Results will always be earned, not given.

WHEN: Summer Semester starts Tueday 09/3/24 and concludes Tuesday 11/26/24

  • Class times:

    Monday- Friday 3:30-5p

WHO: High School - College level Athletes (+16 years old)

WHY: Higher level athletes need higher level care, and more individualized coaching. We created our Varsity program to give our athletes the coaching they need to take the next step.

WHAT: The high level performance program made for high level athletes who need more specific training stimuli.

HOW: The Varsity program comes with the prerequisite of experience. Athletes in this class are expected to not only know the basics of human movement, but they must also understand the finer details of performance training. With this barrier for entry, we are able to dive deeper into the needs of the individual, and provide a more specific plan for their performance goals.

WHAT ELSE:

  • New athletes must complete 1-1 performance evaluation and be approved before joining.

  • In order to get the most out of the summer program, you must make up any missed training sessions prior to the end of the program (11/26/24), no exceptions so please plan accordingly. There will be no roll overs for remaining sessions at the end of the semester.

  • It is possible to join the program after the start date, cost will be prorated from your start date to the end of the program.

  • To ensure each athlete gets quality coaching, each class will have a maximum of a 8:1 athlete to coach ratio.

  • We will email you shortly after your purchase to confirm you class attendance.
