If you truly want to be ELITE, you NEED to be training YEAR-ROUND.

Elite athletes know that every day is an opportunity to get better; to do what others are not willing to do.

Training in-season is not about being sore and lifting heavy weights.

Our in-season training program is designed to keep athletes healthy and performing optimally.

Recovery, mobility, flexibility, and strength maintenance are priority.

This program is the epitome of what we stand for - TOTAL PERFORMANCE.

RESULTS ARE EARNED, NOT GIVEN. YOU GET WHAT YOU WORK FOR.

Now you’re in-season, you don’t want to lose everything you’ve built, and your schedule is all over the place… what do you do?

Welcome ELITE 60 - a shorter 60-minute version of our classic 90-min Elite program. Elite 60 still provides the necessary doses of speed, power, strength & mobility… just in smaller portions! Shorter class times provide more flexibility for your athlete’s sports schedule.

In-season training does not mean it is time to slow down. The high school athlete still needs to commit to multiple training days/ week to ensure any development gained over the offseason is not lost. The #1 killer of development: cessation of training. Whether you are heading into your sport season, or you still have time to prepare, trust us to keep you healthy and performing at a high level this spring!

WHO: High School Athletes (+14 years old)

WHAT: Each Classic Elite session is broken down into 5 parts: 1) agility and spring development 2) trunk and spine training, 3) power development , 4) strength development and 5) sport-specific maintenance & corrective exercises (90 MINUTE SESSIONS). The focus of Spring 2 to keep you tuned up all season long. Playing you sport can be brutal, so we also implemented built in recovery days to make sure you’re ready for the next game.

WHAT: Each Elite 60 session has many of the same components of the classic Elite program, just in smaller doses. The answer to keeping athletes fresh throughout the season is not by lowering the intensity. Instead we keep the intensity as high as possible, but in small/ manageable doses. With the total training volume cut, we can get higher quality reps without causing soreness, or excessive fatigue.

WHEN:

The Classic 90- Monday - Thursday 3:30-5pm / 7-8:30pm, Friday 3:30-5pm, Sat 10:15-11:45am. Spring 2 will start 4/19/21 and end 6/19/21

Elite 60- Monday - Thursday 4-5pm / 7:30-8:30pm, Friday 4-5pm, Sat 10:45-11:45am Spring 2 will start 4/19/21 and end 6/19/21

  • There will be no classes held 5/20-5/22.

WHY: Our goal is to enhance performance, reduce sport-specific injuries, and teach the leadership qualities necessary to be successful long-term on and off the field.

WHY PT 2:

While in-season, you want to be as ready as possible for games throughout the week. The Classic 90, and the new “Elite 60” are both designed to tune up your performance before you hit the field, and help you recover faster after your game is over.

  • The Classic 90 minute Elite Class is just that, speed protocols paired with periodized power, strength, & mobility protocols that keep your central nervous system humming and your joints healthy, while avoiding excessive fatigue.

    • If you have already registered for Spring 2, any added Elite 60 class to your training program will be your recovery day!

    • There’s simply not enough time in a 2-3 day/ week Classic 90 Elite class to program a recovery day. We have more important things to train!

    • Adding at least 1 Elite 60 class to your program gives us the opportunity to coach active recovery. Time and time again, it has been proven that active recovery is more beneficial to athletic performance than doing nothing at all. 1 additional Elite 60 class will make more of a difference than most people realize.

    • Active recovery days are a staple of any serious training regimen, and it should be part of yours.

  • In order to get the most out of the Spring 2 program, you must make up any missed training sessions prior to the end of the program (6/19/21), no exceptions so please plan accordingly. There will be no roll overs for remaining sessions at the end of the semester.
