Fox Lane Basketball Strength & Performance Program
Success on the court starts in the offseason. This 8-week training program, led by Coach Nate Garcia, is designed to build the strength, speed, and explosiveness needed to compete at a championship level.
What to Expect
Train 1-2 days a week with the team at Fox Lane, with an additional day at TP for players looking to focus on strength, speed, and power.
Sessions at TP are built to target key areas for basketball performance. We’ll start with baseline testing in Week 1 and reassess at the end to track progress.
If scheduling conflicts come up, let us know—we’ll help find a solution.

Any missed sessions can be made up in our Elite or Varsity Programs
If you are new to TP, purchasing a package will automatically create a profile for you.
