What to Expect
Training sessions are designed to build the qualities that directly impact performance on the court—playing strength, sprint speed, and jump ability. We’ll start with baseline testing and finish with retesting so each athlete can see measurable progress.
This work is meant to complement what you’re doing at school. Team practices focus on systems, skill development, and competition—this is where we address the physical side in a more targeted, individualized way so you can actually apply those skills at a higher level. Athletes who consistently develop both tend to separate over the course of a season.
If conflicts come up during the semester, let us know—we’ll work with you to find a solution so you can stay consistent.
