Fox Lane Basketball Strength & Performance Program

Success on the court starts in the offseason. This 8-week training program, led by Coach Nate Garcia, is designed to build the strength, speed, and explosiveness needed to compete at a championship level.

What to Expect

  • Train 1-2 days a week with the team at Fox Lane, with an additional day at TP for players looking to focus on strength, speed, and power.

  • Sessions at TP are built to target key areas for basketball performance. We’ll start with baseline testing in Week 1 and reassess at the end to track progress.

  • If scheduling conflicts come up, let us know—we’ll help find a solution.

Any missed sessions can be made up in our Elite or Varsity Programs

If you are new to TP, purchasing a package will automatically create a profile for you.
