Fox Lane Basketball Strength & Performance Program

Success on the court starts in the gym. This fall, Fox Lane athletes will train in our Elite and Varsity classes to build the strength, athleticism, and confidence needed to compete at a championship level.

Schedule & Details

  • Tuesdays & Thursdays

  • 3:30–5:00 p.m. at Total Performance

  • $200 for the fall semester

What to Expect
Sessions will focus on improving overall athletic performance, with training designed to help players stay strong, move well, and continue developing throughout the pre-season. We’ll begin with baseline testing and finish the semester with retesting to measure progress.

If conflicts come up during the semester, let us know—we’ll work with you to find a solution.
