Training Sessions start Tuesday 4/16/24 and Conclude Sunday 6/16/24

Tuesday/ Thursday 7:15-8:30p

Sunday 11-12p

 

Program Details:

This is an 8-week training program exclusively for Fox Lane High School Basketball players, led by Coach Nate Garcia.

Athletes participating will see improvements in vertical jump height, explosiveness, basketball-specific strength, agility, and endurance, setting the stage for standout performance on the court.

Commitment is key to unlocking these gains: all athletes are required to train 3 days per week. This isn’t just a number; our data reveals that athletes who adhere to this regimen experience a 10-15% increase in speed, strength, and power. In contrast, training just 1-2 days a week yields improvements of only 3-8% in these critical performance metrics after an 8 week training period.

If scheduling conflicts arise, or if you miss a session, please communicate with us. We’re here to support you and can offer accommodations in our other programs to ensure you don’t miss out on the opportunity to maximize your potential.

The first week is dedicated to establishing baseline test metrics to monitor your progress. We will reassess at the conclusion of the spring session to measure the strides you’ve made.
