A steady approach to training. Perfect for athletes playing multiple sports or those new to strength and speed training. Helps develop athletic movement patterns while keeping the body healthy and injury-resistant.

For athletes ready to take the next step in their training. More consistency = better results. This is ideal for middle schoolers looking to build strength, improve coordination, and set themselves up for success in high school sports

A shared package designed for siblings who want to train together. Each athlete can train up to 3x per week (or 6 total sessions per week combined). A great way to keep training fun, competitive, and consistent while preparing for the next level.

Factors that we consider when designing our programs and coaching our athletes: sport, position, time of year, training age, goals, athlete commitment level, limitations, and more.
While many athletes may lack similar performance-related qualities, no two athletes are exactly the same and should never be coached that way. No “one size fits all” approach here.

If you want to run faster, juke more defenders, steal more bases, win more fast breaks, and run sharper routes then your training must incorporate and emphasize the skills necessary to do so.
Fast doesn't happen by accident. We understand this challenge and so we prioritize skills like speed, agility, human movement, body awareness, body control/coordination, and reaction time.

We track our athletes meticulously so that we can feel confident that each individual athlete is making real progress that they can translate to their sport.
Day by day, week by week, semester by semester, year by year, we track performance metrics in our programs so that we feel confident that our athletes are set up for success.

WHEN: Winter Semester starts Monday 3/10/25 and concludes Saturday 06/07/25

MONDAY-FRIDAY 5:30-6:30P
SATURDAY 9-10A
WHO: Middle School Athletes (10-13 years old)
WHY: We believe that athletes of all levels should have access to a coach that cares about their development, and actually knows how to help.
WHAT: We created the TP Prime program to provide youth athletes a fun training environment that encourages development through challenges.
HOW: We start with the basics of athletic movement through games and competition. This exposes youth athletes to movement training without them even realizing it. As we progress, we gradually expose them to more advanced training techniques that prepare them for higher level competition.
WHAT ELSE:
Athletes must complete 1-1 performance evaluation and be approved before joining.
In order to get the most out of the spring program, you must make up any missed training sessions prior to the end of the program (06/07/25), no exceptions so please plan accordingly. There will be no roll overs for remaining sessions at the end of the semester.
It is possible to join the program after the start date, cost will be prorated from your start date to the end of the program.
To ensure each athlete gets quality coaching, each class will have a maximum of a 10:1 athlete to coach ratio.
