WHEN: Winter Semester starts Monday 3/10/25 and concludes Saturday 06/07/25

  • Class times:

MONDAY-FRIDAY 5:30-6:30P

SATURDAY 9-10A

WHO: Middle School Athletes (10-13 years old)

WHY: We believe that athletes of all levels should have access to a coach that cares about their development, and actually knows how to help.

WHAT: We created the TP Prime program to provide youth athletes a fun training environment that encourages development through challenges.

HOW: We start with the basics of athletic movement through games and competition. This exposes youth athletes to movement training without them even realizing it. As we progress, we gradually expose them to more advanced training techniques that prepare them for higher level competition.

WHAT ELSE:

  • Athletes must complete 1-1 performance evaluation and be approved before joining.

  • In order to get the most out of the spring program, you must make up any missed training sessions prior to the end of the program (06/07/25), no exceptions so please plan accordingly. There will be no roll overs for remaining sessions at the end of the semester.

  • It is possible to join the program after the start date, cost will be prorated from your start date to the end of the program.

  • To ensure each athlete gets quality coaching, each class will have a maximum of a 10:1 athlete to coach ratio.
