10 weeks: 1/7, 1/14, 1/21, 1/28, 2/4, 2/11, 2/25, 3/4, 3/11, 3/18    (No class - 2/18)

Goals:

  1. Increase strength and speed,

  2. Increase power, mobility, and motor control/coordination

  3. Develop the foundation and skillset to handle increased physical demands on the field and in the gym

  4. Develop leadership skills and learn how to work hard as a team
