A program designed to allow hitters to understand their body and how it relates to their swing at the deepest level possible. Utilizing an individualized and data driven training plan, hitters will build confidence as we track progress and maximize performance.

 

Who is the 3-0 program for?

Baseball players ages 14+ who want to:

  1. Identify and improve physical limitations currently associated with their swing

  2. Increase bat speed and ball exit velocity

  3. Optimize overall swing mechanics and swing mechanics relative to pitch velocity, pitch location, and pitch type

  4. Increase overall on field hitting performance

When is the 3-0 Program held?

Tuesday/ Wednesday/ Thursday- 12:30-2p

8 Week Program - 24 Total Sessions:

  1. 6/25, 6/26, 6/27

1. Physical Assessment

Understanding how a hitter moves is a prerequisite for effective coaching, training and treatment. Physical limitations can inhibit swing efficiency, power and overall success at the plate. To develop the complete hitter we improve these limitations not work around them.

2. Swing Analysis

Using objective data and video - a complete breakdown of a hitters strengths and weaknesses will be revealed and used to design a training plan specific to your needs.

3. Train & Monitor Progress

Athletes will follow their individual training plan consisting of specific hitting drills and physical exercises. We will track progress and adjust the plan as necessary to optimize swing mechanics and maximize player performance.
